Laura is a passionate and experienced vet. It had long been her dream to open her own surgery. She understood how stressful a visit to the vet can be, for pets, and their owners. So she wanted her own practice to feel different.
Her vision was for a practice that felt tranquil and comforting. A place that felt less clinical, and more like a familiar and welcoming home than a surgery. Capturing the essence of this feeling became the focus of our brand strategy. From this came the tagline: “The Experience Your Pet Deserves”. A simple but powerful promise that reflects the level of care, empathy and attention the practice delivers today.
Green was selected as the primary brand colour for its strong association with nature, serenity, and a sense of calm, reflecting the atmosphere of the practice. Brass serves as an accent colour and adds a touch of luxury and refinement. It works beautifully with the crown in the logo – a subtle nod to the “king” in Kingsclere, reflecting the boutique level of care and attention each pet receives.
The delicate Seasons serif typeface completes the identity, evoking an elegance that is often associated with heritage brands and positioning Kingsclere as a brand built on history, yet confident and modern outlook on the industry.
