What is the difference between a visual identity and a brand identity?

Your visual identity is how your brand looks: your logo, colours, fonts and overall visual style.

Your brand identity goes deeper. It includes what your business stands for, how it speaks, and how you want it to be perceived. The visual identity is just one part of your wider brand identity.

How long does it take?

For logo design & branding projects, the timeframe is typically 2 to 4+ weeks.

For website design, the timeframe is typically 4+ weeks.

It's best to discuss your specific requirements with us so we can provide a more accurate estimate of the timeline.

We're a small and adaptable design studio, so if you have a tight deadline, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeframe.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is due before the project begins, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to the handover of the deliverables.

How will I receive my final files?

All files will be shared with you through Wetransfer (there's no need to create an account).

You’ll receive your logo in the following formats: AI, EPS, PDF for print use and JPG, PNG, SVG for online use.

Will I own the design copyright?

You will own the copyrights once the final invoice has been settled. Please note that unless otherwise agreed, we retain the right to use any project outcomes for our own marketing purposes.

You’ll work directly a senior designer who has years of experience supporting with entrepreneurs, startups, business owners and marketing directors.

Our Creative Director, Etienne leads a team of trusted creatives to support the project, but manages everything behind the scenes, ensuring a smooth process and maintaining the highest standards in the final outcome.
